
Russell Simmons is known for many things, especially his philanthropy. In 1995, three brothers, Russell, Joseph (Rev. Run), and Danny Simmons, founded the Rush Philanthropic Arts Foundation. The foundation is dedicated to providing disadvantaged urban youth with exposure to significant arts and education. For the past 10 years, Russell Simmons gets celebrities together for the Art For Life Benefit. This year, the event was held at Russell Simmons’ estate in the Hamptons and was hosted by Anthony Anderson.
