The Slim Diva
The 2010 Essence Music Festival, celebrating African American contemporary music and culture, is currently taking place in New Orleans, Louisiana. The festival is a weekend-long event, full of activities including performances and seminars. Every year, celebrities drop in to participate in the happenings of the Essence event. As of Day 1, the celebrities in attendance include NeNe Leakes, Steve Harvey, Janet Jackson, Niecy Nash, and much more. Check out some photos from Day 1 of the Essence Music Festival!
